These gluten & dairy free muffins are quick, delicious and just the right amount of sweet!
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp coconut oil, melted
2 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Using coconut oil lightly grease 8 holes in your muffin tin
In a large bowl combine oats, almond flour, baking soda, baking powder & sea salt
In a small bowl mix coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup, almond butter & vanilla
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until combine, stir in the chocolate chips
Scoop the mixture into your muffins tin and bake 25 mins
