Yoga & Meditation
The world is pretty crazy right now and I know the constant stream of warnings and predictions has increased my anxiety. It's so important to give our nervous systems a chance to relax. Meditation is a great way to do that, but if it's not for you try going for a walk, having a bath or doing something that allows you to unplug & breathe.
